Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s business by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals. Your role will focus on lead generation, market research, client engagement, and effective communication to ensure long-term partnerships and successful project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, research, and other lead generation methods.
- Engage with potential clients via email, phone calls, and meetings to understand their IT service needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project capabilities and develop proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the client and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target clients, and new avenues for business development within the IT services industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, sales pitches, and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, online promotions, and other lead generation activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry, trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive in an IT services company.
- Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
