About the Role
We are looking for a motivated QA Tester to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and usability of our Android and iOS applications. The position combines manual testing with opportunities to contribute to automation, helping us deliver seamless experiences to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing for mobile applications (Android & iOS).
- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Identify, report, and track issues using bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis).
- Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, usability, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Support continuous improvements in QA processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in mobile application QA.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools.
- Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to automation tools such as Appium or Selenium.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics.
