Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
- Lead and mentor junior developers within the team.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with deployment on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
