Not "how many AI suggestions were sent" - that measures dependency, not value. Track: response rate improvement (are users getting more replies?), conversation depth (are conversations lasting longer?), date conversion rate (are chats becoming dates?), unaided messaging rate (are users writing their own messages more often over time?), and user-reported confidence. The right product measures whether the user is getting better, not whether they're using the tool more.

The wrapper market is saturated and consolidating. The coaching market barely exists. Most dating AI tools generate a reply and stop.
